The Committee’s goal is to monitor and respond to legislative developments affecting the Wisconsin insurance defense bar and the clients it serves. The Committee’s activities include tracking proposed legislation related to civil litigation, insurance, and tort law, keeping WDC members informed, and building relationships with legislators and allied organizations. The ultimate goal of the Committee is to ensure the interests of WDC members and their clients are represented in the legislative process.
